Conference play is officially underway across Indiana and teams are starting to find out what they really have on the field. Players like Jason Lykins, Godfrey Shoaf and Lucas Taylor have all seen an increase in touches from their preseason projections and are now playing a major role on the offensive side of the ball.

The South Adams Starfires are also expected to receive a big boost when they get Will Patterson back from injury and lineman Diego Arriaga becomes eligible after transferring from Bellmont.

We have all the action covered in Week Four in another tripleheader as Heritage and South Adams meet at Heritage, while we also look forward to a little WZBD-WPGW rivalry when the Jay County Patriots come to Rick Minnich Field to take on the Jets.

On top of that, we also have the Bellmont Braves on Homecoming Night in what should be the most winnable game in the NE8 for coach Blaker’s Braves.
