The Huntington North Vikings came away with a convincing victory over their old sectional rivals Monday, beating Adams Central in straight sets for a 5-0 win.
The Jets were competitive at the top two singles spots, but ultimately it was Brayden Meyer and Kanaan Boothman who closed out their individual matches with 6-4 wins in the second set.
The lone winner for the home team on the night was by Daymon Frock in JV singles.
Adams Central will face a current sectional rival when they play Norwell on Thursday.
