Wins at the top two doubles spots for South Adams helped the Starfires secure a win over sectional and ACAC rival Bluffton Tuesday night.
Chloe Summersett and Ava Kinsey took care of business early, then cheered on teammates Ayla Loshe and Malina Mawhorr as they clinched the victory in straight sets with a 6-4 win in the second set against Emily Drayer and Sophie Eisenhut.
The Starfires also forced a third set and looked like they may make it a 4-1 win, but Bluffton won a consolation prize by taking the third set at No. 1 Doubles.
