Chloe Summersett dropped the first set Tuesday at Muncie Central to Bearcat ace Isabel Quirk, but fought back to take the match by winning the last two sets and wrap up a 4-1 road win for South Adams.
Summersett was the last player left after Ava Kinsey won easily in straight sets and the Starfires took care of business in both doubles matches.
The win gives the Starfires a 2-1 record this season. The Starfires are back in action Wednesday at home against Huntington North.
