Londyn Smith continued her fine run of form with a round that included five pars to take medalist honors at Portland Country Club Thursday as the South Adams Starfires beat Jay County by 15 strokes in an ACAC match.
Smith finished with a 43 and beat her Jay County counterpart by six strokes for the top spot on the night. It was the best round she’s played away from Wabash Valley this season.
The Starfires also got outstanding rounds at the away course from Sophia Orr, Kendall Minger and Audrey Orr (see below).
