A love-love win at No. 1 singles by Hazel Pfister gave the Bluffton Tigers momentum as they went on to an impressive 4-1 victory over Adams Central Thursday.
Pfister and her classmate, Emma Schwartz (at No. 2 singles), both won in straight sets. They were joined in the win column by both Tigers doubles teams.
The only winner for the Jets in varsity play was at No. 3 singles, where Lila Ringger won 6-4, 6-4 over Lynne Drayer.
