South Adams scored four runs in the top of the seventh inning to blow a 6-2 lead, but the Bluffton Tigers had the last laugh, scoring a walk-off win in ACAC play with a single by Abram Gehrett, scoring Jacob Kephart for a 7-6 victory.
Bluffton put up three runs in the first inning to take control of the game and when the visitors came to the plate for the final time, they trailed 6-2.

The Tiger defense then crumbled, allowing a run to score three different times on an error, then allowing the Starfires to level the game at 6-6 when they plunked Duke Buckingham with the bases loaded.

Athan King, who hit Buckingham, answered back with a key strikeout to get out of the inning. The hit by Gehrett then made King the unlikely winner, having recorded just one out.
Colton Arnold started the game for Bluffton and went six innings, allowing just one earned run and striking out seven.

Jax Wanner also threw six innings, allowing six runs (four earned), while striking out four.
Derek Weaver pitched the seventh and was saddled with the loss.
Zaden Baumer had two hits for the Stars and Jax Wanner had an RBI double.
The loss dropped the Starfires back to .500 at 4-4.
