The Norwell Knights pushed their season mark to 5-0 this season with a win on the Back Nine at Cross Creek against the Bellmont Braves, who dropped their second NE8 match of the week.
Kendall Fegley won medalist honors for the Knights, using a birdie on No. 11 to grab an early advantage. She played the last four holes (all from the original course) at just +2.
Kinley Martin was the top scorer for the home Braves, making par on No. 10 and No. 11 to shoot a 52.
The wet conditions and lack of practice time led many of the Bellmont players to post higher scores than they had played earlier this season.
