The Norwell Knights were well below the bogey line Thursday in an easy 173 to 208 victory over the Heritage Patriots on the Back Nine at Timber Ridge in non-conference varsity golf action.
The Patriots struggled on the course and all four scoring Knights finished ahead of Heritage’s best scorer, Luke Ripple.
Ethan Meyer had a nice match from the No. 5 position with a 52, making a par on the 10th hole.
Ripple shot 46 for the Patriots, making par on No. 10, 13 and 18.
The Patriots will return to the more friendly confines of McMillen Park Tuesday to host Jay County in an ACAC match.
