McKinsey Amstein won an East Allen title in the 100 hurdles and the Heritage Patriots turned in a big performance in the 4×400 to win a relay title.
Notes & Times:
-Olivia Lybarger was third in the long jump with a season-best distance.
-The winning time in the 400 was the best performance by a Heritage relay team in two years. Rosalinda Medina and DiNestee Williams-White were also on that team.
-Williams-White and Lybarger went 2-3 in the 400 for Heritage, each running season bests and nearly meeting their season bests from a year ago.
