Danica Fuller doubled, tripled and held the DeKalb Barons to just three hits for a complete game, 5-3 victory on the road Wednesday.
Heritage had just six hits of their own in the game, but they were more timely than the Barons’. Grace Guenthner had two singles and Riley Davis had a double for the winning side.
Fuller struck out six and allowed two earned runs for the Patriots, who are now 9-8.
The Patriots’ game at South Adams Thursday will be broadcast live on WZBD, 92.7 FM.
