Decatur officials say Buckeye Pipeline Co. is installing a new line under the busy intersection of N. 13th St. and Washington St.
During the work, traffic is reduced to one lane on Washington St. on each side of the intersection.
The project is expected to take another three to four weeks.
Buckeye Pipeline officials were unable to be contacted.
