Tuesday’s match between Norwell and South Adams was a clean sweep for the Knights, but the No. 1 singles match was highly anticipated as it featured two of the top singles players in the local sectional.
Norwell’s Grant Mishler got the breaks of serve he needed to get the better of Conner Hyman, winning 6-4 and 6-3.
The Starfires are scheduled to play at New Haven Thursday.
