Led by Londyn Smith’s 42, the South Adams Starfires played one of their best matches of the season Monday night, beating Eastbrook by 30 strokes at Arbor Trace.
Smith did not make a double bogey in a +6 round on the Front Nine for arguably her best nine-hole round of the year. Londyn carded a 40 on her home course on the Front Nine (Par 35), but Monday night’s round is probably her best effort as a Starfire.
The Stars also had season-best nights from Brooklyn Green, Kendall Minger and Margo Bernard.
South Adams will be back in action in the ACAC when they play at Timber Ridge Tuesday afternoon.
