The rain changed the start time to Saturday’s Delta Invite, but between cold temperatures, the wind and some precipitation, athletes for the Bellmont Braves competed in the mid-season event and brought home some season-best performances.
Sisters Haylee Franz and Lilly Franz teamed up with Hudson Krull and Xavior Palacios to take fourth in the mixed relay, while Grace Ruble ran a PR in the 400.
Two of the top performances from the boys came in the discus, with Chris Richmond taking sixth with a career best. Zayne Roop had a season best behind him and took eighth.
