Former sectional rival and current NE8 opponent Huntington North won 4-1 against the Bellmont Braves Thursday night, with James Miller providing the lone victory for the visitors in a straight-set win.
Miller won the first set at 6-2 and wrapped it up with a 6-4 win in the second set with his textbook backwards cap.
The Braves will be back at home on Monday when they host Jay County.
They’ll return to NE8 play at Columbia City on Wednesday.
