Burry steps down as county attorney

For the first time since the late 1990’s, Adams County has a new county attorney. Clayton Lengerich has officially taken over that job from his mentor Mark Burry. Burry chose to step down after 29 years to help mentor young attorneys and to take on other legal duties.

Burry was honored following Tuesday’s County Commissioners meeting with a luncheon and retirement reception.
