Decatur native and future IU diver Mason Mankey captured the national junior title in the 3M competition in Morgantown, West Virginia last week, closing out his junior career with another national accolade.
Mankey was third in the 1 meter competition and finished in the top spot at the three meter height.

Jacob Mannarino won the 1 meter and was third in the 3 meter. He is verbally committed to Tennessee and ranked as the #1 diver nationally in the upcoming senior class of high school divers.
Mankey graduated at semester from Bellmont High School and will compete in his first full season with the IU team, hoping to earn a spot at the National Championships in Austin, Texas in March of 2027.
Mankey won his title in the 3M against 60+ competitors.
