Adams Health has announced that it is now partnering with PRC, a nationally recognized healthcare experience measurement company.
This will help, a news release said, Adams Health to better understand and enhance the care experience for patients across the organization.
As part of Adams Health’s ongoing commitment to excellence, PRC will replace Press Ganey as the organization’s patient satisfaction survey provider, the statement said.
“The transition reflects Adams Health’s continued focus on listening to patients and using their feedback to improve the care experience,” Adams Health noted.
“PRC’s patient-friendly surveys feature clear, easy-to-understand questions and include a photo of the patient’s healthcare provider, helping patients easily identify the visit they are evaluating.”
It was noted that survey communication methods will include text messages, email, or phone calls; surveys will not be mailed.
In addition, the news release said, PRC provides intuitive reporting tools that make it easier for Adams Health providers and staff to understand patient feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
The survey methodology also focuses on measuring “Excellent” responses, providing meaningful insights that support exceptional patient care.
“As healthcare continues to evolve, hearing directly from our patients remains one of the most valuable tools we have,” said Chris Butler, RN, Chief Nursing Officer at Adams Health.
“Their feedback helps us recognize what we’re doing well while identifying opportunities to continually improve the care and service we provide every day.”
It was explained that patients who receive care at Adams Health may be contacted by PRC following their visit and invited to complete a brief survey about their experience.
Survey responses are confidential and play an important role in helping Adams Health evaluate services, celebrate successes, and identify areas for improvement.
“We grow with patient feedback,” said Butler. “Every survey response helps us better understand our patients’ experiences and strengthens our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare close to home.”
Adams Health encourages patients who receive a survey invitation to take a few moments to share their experiences. Their participation helps ensure that Adams Health continues to provide high-quality, compassionate care for the communities it serves, Adams Health said.
