Tenley Hendricks pushed Mississinewa No. 1 Grace Arbagas deep into a second-set tiebreaker, but the Indians ace won 9-7 to give her team the winning point in a Wednesday night non-conference varsity tennis contest.
The Jets got victories from Brianna Pruitt and Emily Bertsch at love-love at No. 2 singles and from Lila Ringger at No. 3, but they were beaten in straight sets in the other three matches to take the loss.

Adams Central will be back on their home court Thursday when they face rival South Adams.
