A leadoff single in the fourth inning was the only hit allowed by the Heritage Patriots Wednesday night and that threat was quickly eliminated when Jaxon Feasby picked off the runner at first as the visitors rolled to a 9-0 win behind strong pitching from Feasby, Lucas Taylor and Kingston Galentine against North Side.

Taylor threw the opening two innings and struck out two, then gave way to Feasby, who went three. Kingston Galentine closed out the win with two no-hit innings.

Taylor also led the Patriots at the plate with a pair of hits, one for a double, while scoring twice and knocking in two.
The Patriots scored three in the third and four more in the fifth.
Beau Stoppenhagen and Charlie Schlaudroff each had a double in the win.
Ayden Stiffler went the distance for the Legends, striking out five and walking five. He gave up seven earned runs on eight hits.
