Council on Aging officials hope to raise enough money to build the garden facility yet this year.
Meanwhile, the Commissioners were also reminded that the sale of license plates for Amish buggies begins next Monday. The cost of buggy plates is $185 each, and they can be purchased at the county highway garage through May 15.
