It will be Patriots vs. Patriots Saturday night, but the game won’t be at Heritage or Jay County. Instead, those two schools will meet at the StarDome in Berne to play for the ACAC Tourney trophy.
Heritage took care of Bluffton 63-50, while Jay County had no issues with Southern Wells in a 60-19 drubbing.
Kingston Galentine went off for coach Kyle Sovine’s Heritage Patriots, scoring 32 points for the performance of the tournament so far. The sophomore supplemented his great shooting with an 8-for-10 night at the free throw line.
Lantae Cassel had 15 points for the Patriots.
Saturday night’s championship game can be heard on 92.7 FM.
