The Southern Wells athletic department confirmed that they will be seeking a new head football coach after coach Blake Blaker notified the school that he would be leaving the program for another head coaching position.
Blaker took over the Southern Wells program in 2024, taking over for Jeff Sprunger and finishing 2-18, with both wins coming in the ACAC this past season.
Sprunger is likely to be a candidate to return to the position, according to sources.
