Zionsville and Homestead dominated Saturday’s holiday 5K at Taylor, with the Adams Central Jets running shorthanded and finishing in 13th place as they were missing two of their top three runners this season.
Hailey Brune was the top finisher for the Jets with a time of 23:37.6.
Macy Isch cut five seconds off her career best to finish in 115th place.

23 of the top 30 spots went to either Homestead or Zionsville in the race.
Adams Central will run on short rest Tuesday at the Bi-County conditioner before taking next weekend off.
