The No. 2 doubles team for the Bellmont Braves was the lone victor in their match against Blackhawk Christian at home Thursday.
Raiden Knittle, a junior, has been tutoring Gradyn Kable, a freshman, as the season has gotten underway and they clicked together for the first time with a win in the first set 6-4. After dropping the second set, the Bellmont duo won the super tiebreaker in an otherwise forgettable night for Bellmont against their fellow Braves.

Bellmont will face Adams Central on Tuesday and then start conference play on Thursday next week.
