South Adams scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to defeat Snider 11-0 Friday to win their fifth straight game thanks to a five RBI night for Addie Baker.
Taking the night off from throwing in order to rest for a doubleheader Saturday, Baker smashed three singles to knock in runs in three different innings.

Shelby Weigel took the ball in the circle and went six innings, allowing just four hits and striking out three. She teamed up with catcher Reagan Bollenbacher, who also had a good night at the plate with two hits, to keep Snider in check.

Makayla Stone struck out 11 batters for Snider.

The Stars are set to play Churubusco in the first game of the Starfire Invite Saturday.
