Norwell dominated the seven-team field in the South Adams Invite Friday in Berne.
Notes & Times:
-Parker Frietas ran a season best in the 200 prelims for Bellmont.
-Harry Gunsett (Bellmont) turned in the best 800 of any county runner this season and finished second in 2:04.28.
-Easton O’Dell (SA) was fifth in the 800 with a season best.
-Bellmont took fourth with a new team season best in the 4×400 relay with Will Kintz, Nehemiah Richmond, Maddux Miller and Harry Gunsett.
-Zayne Roop had a career best in the shot to finish sixth for the Braves.
