After a round at Whispering Creek on Monday, the Bellmont Braves returned home to play at Cross Creek, hosting the Wayne Generals on the shorter nine holes and picking up a big victory.
The Generals, who were also competing against Norwell in a separate contest, shot 216.

Bellmont was led by Owen Minnick for the third straight match with a 34. The Braves’ No. 1 made birdie on the ninth hole to negate one of his two bogeys in the round. His +1 effort was part of a team score that put the Braves at just +14 across the four scorers.

Coach Ty Razo’s team was especially on their game on the four Par 3s, finishing those holes at just +2 as a team.
