Right-hander Olivia Watson allowed just one Melina Peralez double in the second inning, striking out ten and shutting out the Adams Central Jets in a 15-0, five-inning victory for the Shenandoah Raiders.
The Jets are now 0-3 with 60 runs allowed to start the season.
The game was still in the balance when the Jets came to bat in the third inning, but Watson got out of the inning unscathed in just 13 pitches.
Shenandoah came to bat in the top of the fourth and pushed five runs across, adding seven more in the top of the fifth.
All four pitchers used in the game for the Jets were tagged for multiple runs.
The Jets will be back in action Monday when they play at Norwell.
