Jami Lynn Melcher, 43, of Monroeville, Indiana, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, at Parkview regional Medical Center.
She was born on October 7, 1981, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Greg and Diane (Muldoon) Small.
Jami was parishioner of St. Rose de Lima in Monroeville, Indiana.
She worked for Fort Wayne Vehicle Auction and Indiana Auto Auction.
Jami enjoyed Ohio State football and she loved spending time with her children.
She is survived by her three sons, Gage Melcher of Monroeville, Indiana, Gavin Melcher of New Haven, Indiana; Lincoln Bozek of Monroeville, Indiana; her parents, Greg (Diane) Small of Monroeville, Indiana; brother, Sean (Janel) Adams of Salt Lake City, Utah; brother, Josh Small of Convoy, Ohio; sister, Jenifer (Joe) Gerardot of Monroeville, Indiana; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jami was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Wayne and Gloria Small; maternal grandparents, Dave and Dorothy Muldoon.
A funeral mass will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. March 1, 2025, at St. Rose of Lima, in Monroeville, Indiana with Father Dennis Di Benedetto.
Family and friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025, at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Jacobs Chapel in Monroeville, Indiana.
