The Adams County Commissioners have scheduled a public meeting to discuss the proposed increase in fees for buggy plates in the county. The Commissioners will seek a sizable increase with plans to seek additional increases each year for several years to help cover the cost of road repairs and service. A public meeting to give residents their chance to voice their opinions has now been scheduled for mid-December.

The Commissioners last increased the cost of annual buggy plates in Adams County in 2017. They say the cost of maintaining county roads is higher in areas with heavy buggy usage.
