The Allen County Coroner’s office announced Wednesday that a Decatur woman was the victim in a three-vehicle traffic accident which occurred last Friday in Fort Wayne.
Robin Pagley, 51, died at the scene of blunt force trauma.

The accident occurred about 4:15 p.m. at Maumee Avenue and South Anthony Boulevard, near the Indiana Tech campus.
The news release said a Fort Wayne Fire Department was on an emergency run and collided with the Pagley vehicle.
The Journal Gazette reported that an earlier news release from Battalion Chief Matt Peckham said the fire department received a report of a traffic accident and was responding to that Friday when its own vehicle apparently collided with another one.
A third vehicle was reportedly involved in the crash.
No other details were released as the fire department said an investigation is continuing.
The accident victim was born in New Castle, PA.
Funeral services will be held on Monday October 28, at 1 p.m. in Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, Columbus, Indiana. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
Following the service, she will be laid to rest in New Bellsville Cemetery in Brown County.
People may view her obituary notice, a video tribute, send a message of condolence to the family and sign the online guestbook via the funeral home website: www.jewellrittman.com.
