The South Adams Starfires got revenge on the Heritage Patriots Monday with a hard-fought 2-1 victory, giving the visitors their first conference win of the year.

Sophomore Elise Hissong had the only Heritage goal, linking up with fellow XC teammate Ava Smith.

South Adams will host Norwell Thursday, while the Patriots are right back in action at home Tuesday against Marion.
