The mercy rule for high school soccer in Indiana was utilized several times around the area in lopsided fixtures as several teams looked out of sorts against top-notch competition.

-Bellmont was outmatched in speed and talent against one of their former stars, Sam Meyer, who is the head coach at Blackhawk. The visiting Braves blitzed Bellmont for six goals in the first half. Parker Frietas made seven saves in the game and Xavior Palacios made three.
