A 10-0 victory by the guys of Java Bean gave the roasters a five-point cushion at the top of the standings in the Cross Creek Men’s Monday night league.
Mike Macke finished with a 37 to lead the Java Bean, while Kent Arnold shot 42 for a win in his match and Kyle Eichenauer finished at 43 to beat Hoosier Pattern.
A second 10-0 victory on the night was recorded by the guys at Hi-Way Service, catapulting the mechanics to second place. Kraig Hart and Craig Coshow each shot 37 to record victories for their teams.
The ace of the Eichhorn Jewelry team, Dan Rickord, had the best score of the night as the mayor turned in a round of 34 in what was the best match of the night. Rickord’s team of jewelers was beaten 9-1 by Midwest Merchants, led by Andy Merchant’s round of 36.
