Another outdoor community yoga session will be held in downtown Decatur this Saturday.

No admission will be charged for the classes from 9-10 a.m. on the Madison St. Plaza.
It will be the second of three community classes held on the plaza this year, with the third scheduled in August.
Brooke Ainsworth and Stevie Rose from Decatur Downdog will co-teach the class.
“This is family friendly and everyone is welcome,” they said.
“Bring a mat if you have one, but some will be available to borrow; a beach towel works, too.”
Participants are urged to dress comfortably for the sunshine. Water, sunscreen and sunglasses are other good ideas, the co-teachers noted.
“We are excited to share yoga with the community. This class will be appropriate for both newbies and those with yoga experience,” Ainsworth and Rose explained. “We will do a variety of yoga poses, both standing and seated. It will be a great opportunity to move, stretch, and relax.”
