Voters went to the polls on Tuesday across Adams County, taking advantage of a 12-hour window to vote in either the Democratic or Republican primaries, which included the 2024 presidential candidates.
While the two main candidates in the November general election have seemingly been settled for some time when it comes to the presidential race, there were still plenty of county residents who were keen to cast their vote for Donald Trump or Joe Biden regardless.
Locally, there were no Democrats on the ballot for county positions, leaving the winners of the Republican primary races as the likely office holders come January 1st, 2025.
Many across the country will also be interested in how northeast Indiana votes when it comes to the upcoming elections for Indiana Governor, U.S. Senator and for the U.S. Congress.
1731 voters took advantage of early or absentee voting in the county.
