The story of the night was defense. Both sides put plenty of balls in play, giving plenty of chances to the infielders. The two teams combined for 11 errors.
Norwell did their best to put the ball in play and keep the line moving.
Remarkably, all 12 hits for Norwell were singles, but the Jets handed them plenty of extra bases with their six errors.
