Adams Health Network will be opening two new facilities at the end of this month, one in Decatur and one in Geneva. Open houses are scheduled for both.
The Adams Community Stat Care/Urgent Care and Behavioral Health Center in Decatur will hold an open house on Wednesday, January 31, 4-6 p.m.
The new facility, in the former Bennett office building at 1401 N. 13th St., will also include a pharmacy.
The next day, Thursday, February 1, an open house will be held at the new James D. and Sara L. Briggs Medical Office Building. Hours will be 4-6 p.m.
The facility is located just north of Geneva, at US 27 and County road 950 S.
The Briggs office will be staffed by two physicians and a nurse practitioner: Dr. Lisa Ferrando, Dr. Amber Lautzenheiser, and Monalisa Rogers, NP-C.
It will provide primary care and obstetrics, lab and technology facilities, and rehabilitation services (PT, OT, speech).
