- Will be available 24 hours a day
- Adams County Service Complex, 313 W. Jefferson St., Decatur
- Hours of operation: Sunday 12pm-4pm, Monday-Thursday 5am-8pm, Friday 5am-6pm, Saturday 8am-2pm
- Monroe Volunteer Fire Department, 233 Tower Dr., Monroe
- Call Adams County Sheriff Dept. at 724-5345 for assistance
- Swiss Village Main Lobby, 1350 W. Main St., Berne
- Lobby open 8am-7pm, contact 589-3173 for assistance
- Geneva Town Hall Lobby and 2nd Floor, 411 E. Line St., Geneva
- NOTE: No wheelchair accessibility at the front door, there is at the back door with elevator nearby
- Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. If Town Hall closes prior to 4pm, the Geneva Police Department lobby will be open 24/7 and is available as a warming area
