The Bellmont Braves put their strengths on display Saturday night in the Heritage gym and exposed many of Heritage’s weaknesses in a convincing 47-25 win over the winless Patriots.
Kate Kitson’s three threes gave her a leg up on her teammates and she finished with a career-high eleven points to lead all scorers on the night.
Head coach Andy Heim continues to do a great job splitting minutes between Kamryn Jarvis and Hailey Cole and the two centers combined for 18 points, making buckets down low and collecting fouls to head to the free throw line.
Freshman Lanie French continued to show her shooting ability, knocking down two threes herself for a six-point night.
Emily Bleke and Arabelle Laurent each had five points.
Heritage never made more than three shots in a quarter. Danica Fuller led the Pats with seven points.
