Fresh off three matches on Saturday in Ohio, the South Adams Starfires hopped on the bus and rode to Canterbury and came back home Monday night with a straight-set victory over the Cavaliers, 25-5, 25-6 and 25-10.

The win put coach Ashley Buckingham’s team at 10-2 on the young season with matches this week against Parkway Tuesday and at Norwell Thursday.
Avery Brown was the leader for South Adams in kills with seven. She added a pair of aces and four digs.

Reagan Beitler had three aces and 11 assists, while Macy Pries finished with five aces, four kills and seven digs.
The Starfires won the JV match 25-13, 25-8, with Shelby Weigel tallying a team-high six kills.
