
Adams County Economic Development Corporation, MERIT Center Board, and Freedom Academy have partnered to present a series on Influential Leadership.
This Leadership series has been designed to meet you where you are and give you the skills to increase
your overall efficiency and effectiveness. Whether you are a front-line supervisor, team leader, mid-level
manager, or seasoned leadership veteran, you will become more aware of your adaptive leadership
style, understand the difference between leadership and management, increase your influence and
communicate more effectively, and learn to understand and establish leadership boundaries. All
modules are Interactive, and engaging. Modules include Leadership 101, Emotional Intelligence, DISC
Assessment, Communication 101, and Boundaries for Leaders.

Board has aligned to provide this opportunity.”
This workshop series will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from July 10th through July 24th, from
9:00am-1:00pm or 4:00pm-8:00pm at the MERIT Center, 1109 Dayton Street in Decatur.
Tuition to attend this series is $975, and includes tuition, DISC assessment, and all materials. In support
from the Adams County Community Foundation, a $100.00 scholarship will be offered to the first FIVE
registrants before June 15th.
