It was a strong showing for the Adams Central cross country team Saturday at Taylor University as Madison Gerber went under 20 minutes to take fourth place individually and also helped the team to the same fourth-place finish in the team standings.
South Adams got their first taste of the 2024 season with Adalynn Watson and Ava Kinsey leading the way for the Starfires.
