Wells County 11-year-old girl kidnapped by three abductors, found safe in Wisconsin

WZBD’s Steve Rouse has a report on a missing Wells County girl, who has been located in Wisconsin after being kidnapped by three adults from South Dakota. All three have been charged with kidnapping and arrested.
