The Decatur Chamber’s Summer Concert series returns to the Madison St. Plaza Thursday after last week’s move to Riverside Center for a special celebration.
Whoa, Man will be making its second appearance on the plaza stage and, according to the Chamber, will perform from 6-9 p.m.
No admission is charged, food trucks will be available, and adult beverages will be provided by The Oasis Pub.
Four women and three guys make up the band.
The women say they “are “a salute to the iconic women of rock and beyond, with four alternating female vocalists!
The Fort Wayne-based band’scurrent lineup has been together five years.
Asked the role of three men in the band, the four women have a simple reply: “They are fighting for equal pay!”
Thursday night will mark the sixth concert in this year’s Chamber of Commerce series.
