Decatur residents are advised that, due to the Fourth of July, there will be a change in the trash/recycling schedule this week.
There will be no Friday collection; it will be made on Thursday with that day’s normal pickups.
City Hall will be closed Friday in observance of the holiday, officials said.
To make a utility payment, people can go to www.cityofdecatur.in.gov or put it in the utility payment drop-box behind City Hall.
