Some new music and some longtime favorites are on the Decatur Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Summer Concert Series.
The music of John Mellencamp, U2, and Tina Turner, presented by tribute bands, are on this year’s 13-concert series, making their first appearances.
Meanwhile, the Sweetwater All-Stars and The Bulldogs will be returning, along with popular E5CAP3, which brings the music of Steve Perry and Journey.

All 13 concerts will be staged on Thursday nights, June through August, with all but one on the Madison St. Plaza.
The July 2 concert will be held on the Riverside Center parking lot and be linked to the city’s Fourth of July celebration, as it was last year.
Who Man, Sunglasses At Night, Derek Jones and the Silver Stallion also will be returning.
The series begins June 4 with The Push, a U2 tribute band, and concludes August 27 with The Bulldogs.
Seymour, the Music of John Mellencamp, will be presented July 30. Seymour, Indiana, of course, is the hometown of John Mellencamp.
