Alicia M. “Lisa” Lindsey, 58, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Paulding, Ohio, on September 17, 1967, the daughter of Russell Bustos and Francis (Razo) Miller. On April 26, 1997, she married Robert D. Lindsey.

Lisa graduated from St. Joseph Catholic School and Bellmont High School Class of 1986, and she attended International Business College.
She was a parishioner of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and was a homemaker. Lisa was an avid bowler and Razz M’ Jazz dance mom. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and sitting on the beach.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Bob Lindsey of Decatur; 3 children, Jordan Bustos of Decatur, IN, Ashlie (Cody) Clady of Lakeville, IN, and Cierra (Seth) Rosen of Larwill, IN; father, Russell Bustos Sr. of Ft. Wayne; her mother and step father, Francis & Dean Miller of Fort Wayne, IN; her brother, Russell Bustos Jr. of Decatur, IN; 5 grandchildren, Julian Bustos, Sutton Clady, Degon Kirchner, Leighton Clady & Carter Rosen.
A Funeral Service will be at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with Chaplain Charlene Rorick officiating. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The Rite of Committal will follow at 1:30 p.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, with Father Jacob Runyon presiding.
